How you opt in
When you create your HelloStation customer account at my.hellosun.solar/auth/register, you are shown an unchecked SMS consent checkbox during sign-up. You must check it yourself to receive texts. It is never pre-checked, and consent to receive SMS is not required to create an account or to purchase any product or service.
We record your consent selection and a timestamp at the moment you submit the form. If you do not check the box, you will not receive any SMS from HelloSun.
What we send
Messages are transactional only and relate to your own solar project:
- Proposal-ready and contract-ready notifications
- Site survey reminders (appointment time and advisor name)
- Install date confirmations and pre-install reminders
- System activation confirmation and service updates
Message frequency: approximately 1 to 4 messages per month during active project phases, and fewer once your system is activated.

About HelloStation
HelloStation is the customer portal operated by HelloSun LLC, where homeowners and businesses track their solar project. "HelloStation, Powered by HelloSun" and "HelloSun" refer to the same company. All SMS messages are sent by HelloSun LLC.
